CLINIC INFO: We’re a streamlined clinic focused on quality care, which means we don’t have front desk staff on site. When you arrive, feel free to take a seat in the waiting area—your practitioner will come get you right at your appointment time. If you give us a call and we don’t pick up, we’re likely with a client. Just leave a message, and we’ll return your call as soon as we can.

Recommendations for Scheduling Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy Appointments:
-Book Initial Appointment
-Book Follow Up Appointments: book 2-3 appointments(a few weeks apart) at time of booking your first appointment as physio schedules fill quickly.
WAITLIST: CLICK on the therapist’s photo to be put on their waitlist. Choose treatment time (ie. “45 MIN ASSESSMENT” or “30 MIN SUBSEQUENT”) ALL bookings require a credit card be placed on file. Credit card numbers are safely encrypted and protected.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. LESS than 48 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.00 to the credit card on file. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged FULL visit fee to the credit card on file. Telehealth sessions are available as an alternative to an in person visit.
PARKING: We have FREE parking on the street or in the driveway as long as your vehicle isn’t blocking any other vehicles. Easy accessible parking is also available nearby at Jack Robertson Park.

IN PERSON Female Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
These are IN PERSON 1:1 appointments focusing on pelvic floor health. Pelvic health physiotherapists are Registered Physiotherapists who are specially trained to internally assess the musculature and soft tissues within the pelvis. In addition to assessing the pelvic floor tissues a comprehensive orthopedic evaluation is completed.
For people who identify as female these treatments are common during pregnancy/postpartum/perimenopause/menopause for many conditions such as: urinary/fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, painful intercourse, pelvic pain, vaginal pain, diastasis recti (abdominal separation), core strengthening/exercise prescription during/after pregnancy, preparation for optimal labour/delivery, post-surgical care after pelvic surgery related to cancer treatment, hysterectomies, c-sections, hernias and gender reassignment surgeries. These are IN PERSON 1:1 appointments focusing on pelvic floor health. For people who identify as men conditions treated are: urinary incontinence, prostatitis, chronic pelvic(penile, testicular,tailbone) pain, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation and conditions related to prostate cancer treatment. TELEHEALTH online video Pelvic Health Physiotherapy:
Online virtual 1:1 physiotherapy session: In an online VIDEO format your physio can still assess how you move and can help guide you in safe exercise progression, pain management and pelvic floor exercises.
If you are pregnant or postpartum we can work on your goals for an optimal birth, postpartum recovery, safe return to fitness and work with issues such as incontinence, prolapse, diastasis recti and other conditions.
This is a great option if you are in early recovery and don't feel up to leaving the house, if you can't get childcare OR if you feel too unwell to come in person to your physio session but would still like to have an online virtual session from the comfort of your home.
Many Extended Health Benefit companies are now willing to cover Telehealth physio sessions. Check with your own insurance company to check the specifics of your own plan. Telehealth services available to patients living ANYWHERE in BC.
